no one would answer the phone for two hours and when i needed to wash clothes i took two hours for somone to work out how to use the washing machine , bed was unsleepable

“Perfect for a family in a great location”
Fantastic location, easy walking distance to restaurants and the MCG. Very clean and well-maintained property. Everyone in our group arrived at different times and this was not an issue.

“It was ok. It wasn't brilliant. I didn't feel particularly welcomed and some aspects were poor.”
Staff I encountered, mostly housekeeping were personable and friendly. I suspect a bit overwhelmed and overworked. The room was functional, quiet and had most things I needed. Location was brilliant for what I was doing in Melbourne.

“Comfortable, still waiting for bond to be returned..”
There was no breakfast, only lots of green tea and caffeine free coffee, no biscuits.. Liked the location of the apartment, close to tram etc. The receptionist (female ) was lovely and was surprised had to pay a bond after I paid for the night and still it hasn't been returned, when we left, I told the male staff at reception that we put the rubbish in the back room as requested. Still nil bond returned..not happy

Location is fantastic. The bedroom was big. Lounge and kitchen was functional. The WIFI and streaming was great, the bed was great. It was pretty quiet except for noise through the walls. Nice high ceilings. Secure feel.
