“Comfortable complex with great pool needing some upgrades.”

We truly appreciated the comfortable beds, the kitchen facilities and bathroom. We also loved cooling off in the swimming pool complex after a hot day at the tennis . Communication was timely and clear.

The property was advertised as 2 bathrooms but only had 1 bathroom which was inconvenient with 4 adults

Brilliant location and great facilities. A great place to stay to see Melbourne City and then come and relax at the end of the day. My kids loved the pool and tennis court. The neighbors are really friendly.

The unit was situated around a park land setting which was relaxing and tranquil making our stay more relaxing. Pool was nice and location was perfect.

An oasis away from the city hustle and bustle. A great apartment for those seeking a central location but not right in the city, with good facilities and overlooking gardens and pool area. 5 min walk to tram and 10 min walk to Southbank area.

Key collection was difficult especially when driving in to the city trying to park to collect and drop off keys was difficult. A better collection arrangement for keys would make this stay even better.

Definitely is an inner city sanctuary! Great size & location for our stay. Excellent communication with the hosts - very responsive & helpful.

Amazing location great facilities, comfy beds, very good fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen and apartment , communication with host was excellent, easy instructions for keys.very handy to town lovely balcony to sit outside and enjoy a drink very relaxing in a garden atmosphere exceeded our expectations ,didn't use the pool however looked really clean and handy to apartment, key system easy to use uber and uber eats found us easily, very safe garden setting compound where apartment located

Lovely, spacious, clean apartment. Loved the view, the treescape and the tranquility right in the heart of Melbourne's Art Precinct. Loved the proximity to Melbourne Theatre Company's Southbank Theatre, the Arts Centre and the NGV. Fantastic location.

Spacious and clean apartment, comfy beds, in a quiet compound with a beautiful garden and access to an outdoor swimming pool. Very good location, in walking distance to the National Gallery, Queen Victoria Park and CBD, tram 1 right in front. We loved it, thank you!
