Hotel Collins is located just 275-meters from Federation Square and 366-meters from Bourke Street Mall. It is across the road from the Regent Theatre, and less than 10-minutes' walk from Etihad Stadium and Melbourne Convention Center, and a 24-minute walk to the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Melbourne Airport is a 22-minute drive away. Decorated with contemporary furnishings, these air-conditioned apartments offer a flat-screen TV, self contained kitchenette, and complimentary high-speed WiFi and guest laundry. There is a separate dining area and dining table. Featuring a shower, the private bathroom also has a hairdryer and free toiletries. Doesn’t really look like the pictures but still good value for money in a very good location. Make sure to choose the right room if you want one with a window. We didn’t really have one, but since we barely spent any time in the room it was ok.

I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment by receptionist as I've got mobility issues and forgot to request no stairs. She went beyond my expectations in so far as giving me the upgrade, so I didn't have to climb stairs. Location for me was perfect for my stay, close to public transport and if I was going, the theatres are right next door. Will stay again in the future.
