“Below Average”
Very noisey next to the lifts - asked to be in a quiet room was not provided. Lots of issues finding our reservation as booking.com put under first name as surname - staff proceeded to project their contempt for that on us. Overall not a nice experience compared to our last stay here.

“Luxury and great location”
The staff were so helpful and kind. Our bathroom towels were replaced, toilet paper replaced, bins emptied, and beds made after we went out the next morning after only 1 night there. Room service was quicker than estimated and incredibly attentive to placing not he table and asking before entering the room. Warm rooms, easy to operate television. Gave us a room higher up than booked, early check in and offered a later checkout. I adored the bathroom. The tile and shower was beautiful! Opulent Balmain bathroom products as well.

The room wasn’t set as a twin when we arrived. The pool is closed and the gym temporary and we did not know this before staying and wanted to use these facilities. The keys didn’t work to the room 2x
