Very spacious apartment, high ceilings and certainly created a sense of "Grand" accommodation. The building is very historic and carries a lot of it's olden charm. Beautiful experience.

“Always amazing”
The Grand Hotel has great rooms, friendly staff and is easy to get to from the airport (very close to Southern Cross station and the Sky Bus). I stay at the Grand Hotel every time I go to Melbourne now.

I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment all on my own. The staff were really great but my room was too large for me and it was right next to the train lines at spencer street. The location to the convention centre was good!

Sadly the shower did not have a shelf to place the soap or tube. The fans did not work in both the toilet and bathroom.
