good view, most of the amenities were good. Location walking distance from the Southern Cross Terminal, well located as you could access south bank and also the CBD quite easily.

Location was handy to everything we wanted to do. Great view of the Yarra and the CBD from the balcony. Highly recommended to those who want quick and easy access to the CBD.

Great location. Lots of cafe options close by. Near the CBD and the big galleries and between two train stations. The apartment was quiet and comfortable for two of us. Quality appliances and toiletries and some nice treats left by the host. A bonus was that the quiet lane the building is on made it easily accessible for Uber drop off and pick up points.

Our stay at Flinders Luxury Penthouse was so lovely! The host Lili was so responsive and accommodating for all of our pre arrival requests. From providing a cot (with linen) and highchair for our little one, to early check in and cafe/restaurant recommendations. We were traveling with a 1yr old and 3yr old so we really appreciated the early check in so the kids could go straight to sleep when we arrived. The place was super clean. The beds were SO comfy and the city views were stunning. We had the most beautiful sunrises from our bed, while sipping hot coffee!

This booking fulfilled all our needs. Although we mostly moved around on foot, there was quick and easy access to the free trams. The host was fantastic adjusting timeframes to meet our changing needs. The location was handy for all the places we went. The apartment was comfortable and as described. It was nice being out on the balcony although the weather made this minimal. I would recommend.
