We loved our stay here! Sincere thanks to our warm and considerate host, who couldn't have made us feel more welcome, even meeting us towards midnight, due to our late flight arrival. The downstairs cafes were very convenient, and you only had to walk up the street to access the tram at the Shrine of Remembrance stop. Wonderful find - we'll be back.

The property had everything I needed and more. The location was perfect, checking in was easy, I was running over an hour late because my plane was delayed and the owner was happy to wait and show me the property.

Great spot by the Botanic Gardens and tram to town. Small apartment with separate bedroom, living bit, and kitchen in one space. The host kindly waited late for our check-in. Everything was set, nice bar downstairs too. Would definitely book it again

The apartment was spotless, modern, and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay! The neighbourhood is super quiet but still central, making it easy to walk or catch the tram. There are great cafés, grocery shops, and restaurants nearby. Toni was lovely and made us feel very welcome — she explained everything clearly and gave us great recommendations for places around.
