Host didn’t reply when I went to check in , left me and my 2 yr old outside after a 10 hr drive from Sydney I waited a cpl hrs still nothing, had to pay for another hotel and still no contact the three days I was there 0 out of 10 beyond disappointed

“Do not book this property”
Nothing!!! We were let down after 2 hours of trying to contact the property on our arrival after a 4 hour flight to be told our booking was cancelled. If I could give a minus score I would. Luckily Booking.com customer service were very helpful and we found alternative accommodation.

There was no stay!! How do I get my money back? Paid 2 months ago. No key on arrival, the contact number belonged to a previous owner of the stay. No way to communicate with owner or booking.com. Waited for hours! Reviews for this place are 2 years old. Do not book this stay, you will lose your money! Very distressing! Booking. com please do something about this! Many of us have been ripped off!! We had to find another accommodation. Lost our money! Zero out of 10!👎🤬

“Lovely apartment with a fantastic location.”
We arrived from a very early flight from Newcastle and host allowed us to check in early which was very convenient as we had bags. The facilities were every thing we needed- clean, comfy and nicely decorated. White the apartment is small. it didn't worry us as we only spent time there to sleep. The location was amazing, right near the free tram, near restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the MCG for the football.

“Great location, comfortable apartment, helpful and friendly host.”
The location is fantastic! Close to everything. Close to the (free) trams, buses and also the trains. The 22nd floor gave us a great view. The apartment was very quiet and very comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there. We enjoyed having a few breakfasts in the Café Excello on the corner, as well as dinners in the Hotel Windsor around the corner..

Definitely would recommend this place Clean, cosy and well equipped including a washing machine and dryer. Full kitchen, including a Dishwasher. Great view of Melbourne. Location, very convenient to everything we wanted to do. One tram up Bourke st, to and from Southern Cross Station. Tram trip was free!!! Shuttle bus from and to the airport Caches to/from other places/States Trains! I caught the 11 hour trip from Sydney to Southrrn Cross. Hotel very safe, secure and quiet. Comedy places only a block away. Most hidden restaurant in Melbourne is only a 2 min walk from apartment. I had a fantastic stay/experience! 🙂

Very good location by the free 35 tram Beautiful parks two minute walk away. Also walkable to the river and Federation Square and Flinders St station, around a 25 minute walk away.
