We stayed here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. What made our stay truly special was the thoughtful surprise from the hotel. a bottle of wine and a cake arranged for our anniversary. We were genuinely surprised and touched by this gesture. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay, making our celebration even more memorable.

Room was nice and it was clean. Interactions with hotel staff was excellent. We liked the location as it was very central to the lanes and shopping and we could walk to grab food and drinks. Breakfast was excellent, good variety of breakfast items with 3 different ways you could get a coffee - filter, automated machine and a baritsa.

The restaurant staff including Hannah Brooks were fantastic. They made our wedding anniversary special. Prices were reasonable and service was excellent.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a cookie, even at 2am which we were happy to eat then and there after our red-eye flight. From that point on, everything was beautifully presented and the staff were consistently friendly, greeting us with a cheerful “good morning” each day as we stepped out of the elevators to start our day. The location was convenient to the event we were attending and trams made the get-around so easy!
