They have taken money from our deposit, are not providing an explanation and have not sent us any correspondence in relation to the matter. Room was outdated and not as pictured on Bookings.com

“i have been a Crown customer for over 25 years and haven't been this disappointed in along time.”
Room wasn't cleaned on both mornings after leaving my room from 10am till 3pm and leaving the "make my room up" sign on. Don't like that can only get room service from 5pm-10pm. Rooms used to have a clock radio with a usb charging port near the beds. i rang Valet to bring my car around at 10am and they said i had to bring my ticket down at the desk to do that. This made me 30 mins late for an important meeting.
