We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Communication with the host was Excellent—we had lots of questions since we were travelling from Brisbane, and the host responded quickly every time. They were very accommodating to our group of six. We requested 6 single beds (for a small additional cost), and they delivered perfectly. We also needed a late check-in due to a delayed flight, arriving after midnight. Picking up the keys from a nearby after-hours hotel was super easy and hassle-free. The free car park spot was a great bonus. We had requested a late check-out (which we didn’t end up needing as some of our group changed flights to leave together), and again, the host was quick to respond and happy to approve it. Overall, a fantastic experience! LOCATION: Absolutely fantastic! The tram is just a 2-minute walk away—right in front of the accommodation and visible from the balcony. We stayed here for the footy game—AAMI Park was only a 7-minute drive, the airport just 25 minutes away, and everything else was super convenient. IGA was a quick 5-minute walk. The location truly couldn’t be better! AMENITIES: The amenities, cost, and unbeatable location really caught our attention. We absolutely loved our stay! We highly recommend the Cozy Holiday Apartment in Southbank for its warm and inviting rooms, welcoming host, and the beautiful, spacious layout. Boys used the pool (although it was cold), and they enjoyed it. Apartment’s location just up the first flight of stairs was super convenient, too. Big thumbs up from us!
