The location was amazing. Just around the corner from eclectic assortment of shops and restaurants. Room was small but clean and had all the essentials.

“Short anniversary weekend stay”
The room was very clean and had a huge variety of kitchen items which made cooking dinner at home very easy. The bed and pillows were super comfortable (please note they were feather pillows and soft mattress which we LOVED but some people might prefer firmer bedding) Location was amazing and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a car park but didn't have a car but always good to know they have the park there in case we want to return one day with a car. Would definitely come back here.

“Perfect for business with side serve of fun”
Another great stay, perfect for business. Walking distance to the city through Fitzroy Gardens while living right in the heart of fantastic places to have a drink/eat. Very clean, extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Very safe for solo women (and has extra towels and conditioner as well as shampoo!). Thanks for being a great host Juan!

“Ideal for a business trip”
The location of the apartment is fantastic for me while on business in Melbourne. Easy walk to the city through Fitzroy gardens, back at night for the bars and restaurants in Fitzroy and Collingwood. Walking to the MCG for a game before heading home was a great bonus. Comfy bed, well equipped studio with everything you need to make it great for a business traveller. It seems a lot of care went into setting it up and it shows. I'll definitely be back!

Superb location. Very comfortable studio, great bed, place is thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything, nice decor. Fast wifi. Extra towels, pillows etc. I was here 1 night but it would be great for a long stay. Will be back for sure!

Very good location, very close to public transport, easy walking distance to Gertrude & Smith Streets & to the city, all facilities in good order with clear instructions, very good communication with property managers, car parking.
