“Close to everything you want to get to, at a great price!”
Location is fantastic as usual, across the road from train station and tram on the corner too. Fantastic Park accross the road to have a picknic after shopping at the victoria market. All walking distance.

“Wonderful apartment very close to everything.”
Nice apartment. Great location. It's clean and easy to get to day and night once you know the location (along the side). I found it an easy walk to everywhere I needed in Melbourne from Melbourne Recital Centre and Arts Centre to all the great restaurants close by. The supermarket is short block away and the kitchen is full service. I'd be keen to stay again - and will take advantage of the Jazz club downstairs if possible.

Great location, great hot water, comfortable and private. Wonderful value for money and a short walk to Queen Vic market combined withkitchen facilities at room make for wonderful gourmet cooking adventures. It was lovely to open the door to the balcony and hear live Jazz from downstairs. But it was surprisingly quiet when the windows were closed and the noise from outside was totally blocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place as great value for the inclusions in the heart Melbourne.
