“Great stay, great location, great host — we’ll be returning!”
We loved our stay at Boutique Abode 314. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and perfectly located, with easy access to both Flinders Street and AC/DC Lane. The area is vibrant with fantastic restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Communication with the host was excellent. We’d happily stay again!

“Super convenient, ultra comfortable, everything you need!”
Everything you need for a home away from home. I had stayed previously in another apartment in this building with the same host, so knew returning it would be great, which it was. Very helpful to have parking on site easily accessed 24/7 too. If you exit on the UG instead of G, it leads you straight out into a laneway full of fab restaurants. I’ll be back again!

“Great location and host”
Rob really went above and beyond to make sure we had the right instructions for the apartment. He also gave us a late check out which we hadn't requested but which was very much appreciated. The location is great, close to major attractions and restaurants.
