This property is a gem, from its location on Flinders Street with a tram stop and an excellent IGA supermarket nearby, to its direct access to AC/DC lane at the rear which gives you quick access to all the restaurants along Flinders Lane at the rear. The small bonus room is suitable for a single person or child, or as a couple it’s perfect for setting up your suitcases rather than clutter up the bedroom. Rob the host provides outstanding service, it’s all the little things like extra sugar, complementary tea, coffee and Tim Tams waiting for you when you arrive. The power cubes each side of the bed are perfect for keeping all your electronics devices topped up and ready to go. 10/10

For what we wanted, access to the centre of Melbourne and easy travel about the city this was perfect. We needed a couple of small changes in timing and those were both accommodated perfectly, was clean tidy more than big enough for two people and secure.

Well appointed apartment with everything you could need for a short stay in Melbourne. Super clean, comfortable and quiet, whilst right on Flinders St and AC/DC lane. Everything was at our fingertips. Rob was so accomodating. It is a fabulous alternative to a hotel.

Rob, the host, was excellent; communication was so easy, as was gaining access to the property, which, in itself, was simply excellent, 2 blocks from the supermarket. I went to a concert at Rod Laver, to which I walked in 10 minutes

It was very easy to find the lock box with the keys, as the wonderful host provided us with photos and step by step instructions. The room was beautifully presented, very comfortable and homely, very central to everything we needed, just across from the free tram zone! Plenty of beautiful cafes and restaurants within walking distance and lots to do. Rob was such a wonderful host, extremely responsive and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier than planned and also allowed us to store our bags before our flight in his storage unit. Cannot rate this beautiful apartment and host high enough. We will absolutely be back! Thank you sincerely Rob, Holly and Will
