Cleanliness, view, facilities and amenities were excellent. Very conveniently situated along tram routes.

Felt like we were staying at a very neat friend's new apartment. Very clean, nice to have kitchen items like oil/salt/pepper, sharp knives, a coffee machine with pods, washing machine/drier etc. The pool is great, on the cool side. Convenient location. Flora was a wonderful host, excellent in her communication and accommodated our request to drop our bags off early.

This is such a great, cozy and affordable apartment near the CBD with such a lovely and accommodating host (Flora). Public transport is literally just across the building which makes travelling around the city very accessible with plenty of nearby restaurants and parks to explore. The apartment itself is nicely furnished with all the necessary home items provided and decently sized 2 bedrooms including an ensuite in the master bedroom plus the main bathroom that can comfortably accommodate for up to 4 people. Access to building amenities such as the pool, sauna, gym and spa was a really a nice bonus especially given the affordability of this unit compared to the surrounding apartments. So would not hesitate recommending this to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne.

Great position Lovely staff at reception desk Comfortable, clean apartment. Lovely apartment to sit back and relax in or jump on a tram to the city or down to St Kilda to explore. The pool/ spa were great and gym looked good too. Everyone in the building courteous and friendly Thank you for a great stay, great communication too with host.

This property was so clean, spacious and the perfect location for my visit. Great commutation. Very comfy bed and pillows. Lower price for a single traveler which doesn’t happen often. Situated in a lovely safe building.
