“A great place to base yourself for a visit to Melbourne.”
Location is excellent. Close to the Hampton Street village, where you can choose from a dozen different restaurants, bars, eateries within a 5-minute walk. It is also close to the Sandringham train line so getting into the city is a breeze. Lastly, access to Hampton beach is just at the end of the street and if you feel the need to stretch your legs or get some fresh air, there is a beautiful walk all the way to Elwood and beyond.

Location good. Bathroom good - nice shower with great lighting and heating options. Kitchen good size with lots of glasses, plates, bowls etc. I didn’t cook though because there are so many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Apartments nice and easy with lifts to basement. Good ac/heating available in room and bedroom for hot/ cold Melbourne weather.

Everything. Position close to beach and railway station, tastefully decorated with extremely well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, plenty of good lighting and a lovely, quiet outlook onto Small Street. Mirrors definitely make a difference as well. Lots of cafes and shops a short walk away. Best of all, a safe, free place to park underground. Excellent host communication. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for us as a couple and our little dog. The apartment is very soundproof, air-conditioned and so close to great cafes, restaurants, train station as well as the wonderful walks along beachfront. An outstanding Accomodation. Super clean, with lots of homely extras, terrific communication with the owner,along this the best paid accomkdation we have had in Melbourne. Thank you 🙏
