The hotel has an excellent location, with a tram stop right outside the entrance. We needed parking during our stay, and the hotel's parking was the most affordable option we found, with plenty of spaces available for $25 per night. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pillow was better than the one I have at home 😂—it was so comfortable! I'd love to know where they get them from.

Great location close to Southern Cross station and the Skybus to the airport. Very comfortable bed and lots of space in the room to lay out luggage etc. Always stay here when we return from a holiday before catching the v-line train home. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The room was better than expected. Clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and very helpful. The location was great, right in the centre of anything. I was able to walk to most things during my stay.

“A reasonable hotel near Southern Cross”
Well located close to Marvel Stadium and nearby friends. An easy walk from Southern Cross bus & train station. Breakfast spots are somewhat sparse on the weekends, but a good cafe under the police building across the road Mon-Fri. Room was warm and appreciated the refresh of towels

Very abrupt and inflexible.Unexpected problem arose , The hotel was not interested in finding a solution .They did not try they were not interested.COLD , UNCARING Will never be back again . They have our money ,would not refund or move the booking to another time even though I can prove I had a legitimate problem , there was no interest in helping out. I highly recommend staying in another hotel.....
