“It suited our purpose and we will stay again.”
Location, location, location! It’s an old fashioned hotel but a truly unbeatable location for getting around Melbourne. Nice big bathroom. Ok shower. Very quiet considering it’s on a main road with trams and a railway near. Lots of fantastic restaurants and safe area to walk around. Quick to get out of Melbourne and head west. Comfortable once we had the heating going for a few hours.

Staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. Flexible with arrangements after 6pm check in. Plenty of parking spaces. Easy to locate.
