No AC did not work we were cold not enough blankets bar across the street no sleep till very late

It was close to the tram stop

Air conditioner was not working. I complained about it to guy and he told me that he will come next to fix it. He didn’t came, so we slept without heater for 3 nights in this winter.

Location was great. I loved the view from the courtyard on the roof. It was clean and a good space. Nice modern shower. I wouldn't have much to complain about if it was advertised correctly.

“Awful host and unsafe”

I arrived at the property and the keys to the room were missing. The host told me how to get the spare keys and I went to the room. Upon entering I found another person's belongings in the room, I immediately contacted the host, which after waiting quite some time I finally got a response of "you are the only person who has made a reservation tonight" and nothing more. Complete radio silence after that. Very unprofessional management & unsafe to stay at.

The host communicated well and gave great instructions. The bed was comfy and bathroom very clean. The location was awesome for a visit to St Kilda.

Location is great, however also a downfall if you're looking for sleep when events are on due to pubs. Great shower, clean, cozy and just the right size.

The location was AMAZING and aside from the street noise, the complex itself was very quiet which we were not expecting as it looks pretty rough from the outside.

Location, and confortable bed

Great affordable well-located accommodation. Especially recommend if attending event at Palais. Other reviews are very dramatic, there are far worse places to stay in the area.

Dirty ,no coffee, mould in shower, noisy area

The owner was very responsive and easy to reach when I was unable to open the mailbox. He responded quickly, and I really appreciate that.

The location to all the attractions was incredible, and the view from the rooftop was perfect. The room was very clean the host left was very nice to leave soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea and coffee etc
