“Excellent value for the price.”
The price was very good. This is not an upscale hotel but it is clean and in a convenient location. Kudos to the manager that let us keep our luggage in the office because we arrived early. So we were able to check out the area and go for lunch without having to drag our luggage with us.

“A friendly place to stay.”
We dealt with Martha when checking in and she was awesome. So friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and hoped to check in to one of our two rooms or at least leave our luggage but she had both our rooms ready for us. Nothing was a problem to Martha and it was nice to see her with a smile on her face for all the guests.

“Great location for Brevard Zoo”
Location to the Zoo and the shops. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space within the room and the beds were comfortable.

“Disappointed in cleanliness and standard of fittings generally”
Hotel is just a bit rundown and in need of a refurbishment. We only stayed one night, arriving in the dark and left very early in the morning as planned so my views are a bit limited but I wouldn't stay there again if I had other options.
