Staff don't do their work properly. They need training in hospitality. Cannot speak proper in English.. Overcharge the guest during check in because they don't practice proper system. Room had a bad odore when enter. TV no channel, Electric cattle not functioning.. Hotel towel not provided. Hotel don't provide Room aminities No tissue and bottle mineral water

They call for cancellations just around 2 hour before check in time. Meanwhile i already arrive at that town. It quite uppsetting. I need to find another hotel. I just hoping they wont take customer for granted in the future or else, they will lose future customer.

Pillow case, blanket & bed cover dirty, got stains & hair. Toilet smells, no shower gel or anything in toilet Walkway in ground floor was messy & not clean

“very bad experience for a work to stay at this hotel”
very bad. my bed broken, room not so clean especially around the bed, toilet shower leaking, i couldn't get sleep at 1st night, how im supposed to sleep, my bed broken at 1 side it's not balance. so i decided to check out at other day even though i have another night. i couldn't get invoice for my stay for me to claim to my company. even OYO charged me RM7 for a bad hotel. really not worth it.
