It is good that the apartment meet my and my family expectations. It equipped with basic device such as microwave, water filter, water boiler, refrigerator, water heater, aircond, cloth washing machine. There are also mineral water bottle and coffee&tea bags to be provided.

Will definitely want to come back again. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment fits a family of 4 adults comfortably without long queues for the bathroom. The unit was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was very strategic, within short walking distance to the Mahkota Parade mall. If one is willing to walk a bit further, you can also reach other points of interest as well. For those who are driving, there is ample parking and the entry and exit point is well-positioned, such that you can avoid taking a roundabout route through Melaka’s tourist-centre 1-way streets ( unlike the more-established hotel next door). Believe me, it saves you from a whole lot of time during peak traffic hours. The contactless check-in/check-out process saves a fair bit of time and hassle, compared to some hotels. The staff were very responsive when contacted via Whatsapp. The host also provided some complimentary snacks/crisps upon arrival, which came as a pleasant surprise. (Note: We came over to visit relatives, so we did not use the other guest facilities outside the apartment. However, we noted that while the Hibiscus swimming pool was closed, the Dolphin pool was open and was popular with families with kids. The convenience store and F&B outlets were closed, so you would need to walk over to the mall across the street, or order delivery service.)
