The restaurant menu and quality was excellent Responsive staff.

Staffs are well trained, friendly and approachable. We first being moved by buggy car from parking lot to the hotel (though it is just nearby). I love the smell and serenity feeling of the surrounding in this hotel. There is one mamak eatery and one Malay "rumah makan" nearby, in walking distance. The small disadvantage is that they don't have buffet breakfast, which I think would be an additional selling point :)

The amazing smell of lemongrass throughout the hotel! Good restaurant on site. Free water (and in glass reusable bottles). Some nice touches in the room - fresh lime and salt for scrub, jasmine tea, robe, slippers and complimentary biscuits. Good WiFi. Spa and a very small pool (which we did not try). Free golf cart pick up from the car park if required (or it’s a 15 second walk!). Plenty of car park space. Grabs readily available from the hotel.

The receptionists there are extremely kind and helpful. We had issues with our initial room and the front desk staff Leni assisted us with patience and professionalism. Which makes the whole experience a little more bearable. Drinking water is provided in sanitised bottles where you can refill anytime which is great.

The room was nice but I’m totally pissed off with their breakfast. Never mentioned it’s a non budget Style. Only on that day appear to know per head per meal would be serve. Totally dissapointed.

The room was very comfy, well decorated, had nice ammenities and for the price it was really really good. The staff were also super helpful and very accomodating. Also got a massage during the stay and OMG it was the best I have had so far in Malaysia

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful traditional design. Staff hospitality was excellent throughout the stay and the buggy car service made moving around very convenient. Overall, the environment felt private, cozy and perfect for a short getaway.
