Location is perfect for exploring Melaka. Jonker Walk, museums, river cruise, Mahkota Parade for shopping, and many food choices nearby within walking or short drive. Unit was clean and tidy. Host very friendly. Easy for check in and out.

Silverscape and were blown away by the sweeping views of the Straits of Melaka and the city lights, large windows letting in golden afternoon sun, a modern living area, clean bathrooms and kitchens with basic appliances, while enjoying top notch building facilities. 24 hours security, gated access, key card lift & entrances, an infinity pool, rooftop pool, gymnasium, Elements Mall just downstairs, common garden or lounging areas, secure parking etc. Location is extremely convenient, Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz gives easy access to Melaka Raya eateries, shopping at Mahkota Parade, heritage spots like Jonker Street, Portuguese Settlement, A’Famosa are all manageable by short drive or even walk to certain closer points.

“Luxury Above the Mall”

Silverscape was mostly fantastic. High floor unit, clean decor, roomy balcony with sea view, strong AC, beautiful lighting inside. The building’s lifestyle offerings rooftop infinity pool, gym, theatre room, sky club, bistro, sauna, felt high end and well maintained. The location is superb, especially if you like being right in the heart of Melaka Raya. Can walk to Elements Mall for shopping or dining, historic Jonker Street is very reachable, the Baba & Nyonya Museum, Independence Memorial Museum, and local heritage sites are nearby.

“Boutique Style & Convenience”

We was genuinely impressed by how everything came together. The unit had floor to ceiling windows offering sweeping views of the Straits of Malacca, modern furnishings, comfortable beds, reliable air conditioning and clean bathrooms with good water flow, which made mornings easy. The building facilities are excellent. There’s an infinity pool, gymnasium, sauna, BBQ pits, business centre, theatre room, squash court, open deck sky club and 24 hours security, all of which gave us plenty of options for relaxing or staying active. One of the biggest perks is that Silverscape sits directly above Elements Mall, so shops, restaurants, cafés and even groceries are just downstairs, very handy for meals or last minute items.

The unit was a great choice for a weekend escape, offering a comfortable bed, stylish furnishings and walking proximity to great cafes and restaurants like Botanist Cafe and Alto Sky Lounge, while the rooftop pool was a definite highlight, giving us Instagram worthy photos.
