“Affordable "luxury"”
Stayed at Silverscape Residence Melaka recently. Overall okay for the price, but got room for improvement. The good part — it’s affordable, the view is really nice, and the bed was comfortable, so sleep was quite good. Parking also very easy, which is a big plus in Melaka. Response from management/staff was quite fast whenever we needed help. Cleanliness was acceptable, nothing terrible, but can definitely be improved. If you have the time- I would 💯 recommend you spend time at the pool. The view is excellent.

The view from the 32nd floor was good. Two bathrooms was good. Lots of car park bays.

The soap level was low, no top up There is no toilet paper in 2 of the 2 toilets The condition of especially the toilet bowl cover was disintegrated without replacement, for all three toilets.
