The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area. The location is a short walk to restaurants, shopping malls and most of the local attractions.

Everything from booking to check in was smooth and swift. I was offered an upgrade to a larger room with Smart TV which was great! Room is clean clear instructions on shower and hot water, loved the water dispenser provided near the lift! Overall my experience was pleasant, good price point, good location as well! Will definitely be my first choice of hotel in Melaka!
