Very disappointing stay. Check-in was extremely slow as there was only one counter operating, and we had to wait for a very long time. The room condition was poor and everything looked old and poorly maintained. Basic amenities such as slippers and tissues were not provided. The towels were dirty and did not feel hygienic. The wash basin was also clogged, making it very inconvenient to use. Overall, the hotel experience was far below expectations and definitely not worth the price.
