My 3rd stay in Hatten since its opening years ago. Everything remain the same quality except breakfast buffet. So disappointing. Not as it used to be. It has been in my top 3 list for years but now, sorry, you are out of the league now Hatten. Will never come back for the food.

Location is very convenient. They allowed me to early check in. The staff was very helpful and kind. Receptionist Natasya, Khadijah was very attentive. Concierge staff was superb, Mr Izuddin and Mr Fauzi was the best, they are ready to assist with positive attitude, delivering outstanding guests service. Thank you.

Housekeeping staff actually ate the food I had left in the refrigerator. I find this unbelievable. I had a box of half-eaten jackfruit in the fridge, and after returning to the hotel, I discovered that one piece was missing. Because of this, I no longer felt comfortable eating the rest. The staff training clearly needs improvement. This is the first time I have encountered something so outrageous. What a shame.
