“Reasonable accomodation”
The bathroom was clean and; so was the bed and pillow, as hygiene is a priority for me. The room was old but in OK condition. The staff, esp Charen & Calvin, were understanding and helpful.

“Overall, the hotel is quite nice but still needs some improvements.”
The room is very clean and the washroon looks comfortable and spacious. The room space is also satisfactory and the single beds are larger than other hotels.
