Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Location is perfect as it is nearby the gurdwara. Housekeeping staff cleaned the place properly.

The bedroom was great, very spacious, lots of lights, very clean and very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a bathtub and a rain shower. Lots of amenities. We had a pool side, the room was very quiet and it was smelling very good. The staff and security guards were very professional and helpful. The swimming-pool was great to relax, nice fitness room and saunas. The breakfast buffet was fine. Free and safe parking. The location was excellent, very quiet but at 5-10 minutes walk from the center. Great stay, I recommend this hotel and will come back if I have the opportunity.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is very strategic, and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would definitely stay here again. However, the breakfast needs improvement as the food looked cold.

We were tired when arriving before checkin the hotel and we were surprised it exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable, the toilet was clean, facilities were all complete, breakfast good especially char kuew tiaw ... very satisfying.. will come back again when we're in Melaka 😊" 👍

Got upgraded to Christee's biggest room. They even make the room cool prior to out late check in.

The exterior of the hotel is nothing great at all but the inside is fantastic! Don't judge a book by its cover. Inside, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Great amenities in the bathroom too.

The hotel was situated at a quiet corner opposite a school. There’s free parking (not sheltered) right in front of the hotel and watched by the guards, who by the way, were very friendly. The room was also spacious. From the hotel, its about 10 mins short walk to Jonker or about 15 mins walk to Hatten Square / Mahkota Parade Mall. The food at the restaurant tasted good! On the 2nd day, they offered semi ala-carte buffet, which was limited in variety but i thought it helped prevent food wastages. On weekends, they offered buffet spread when there were more guests around.

Excellent hospitality. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, and the service team is attentive, efficient, and courteous. Facilities are well-maintained, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The brrakfast choice a bit limited, but the taste is good. Maybe can add the omelette in the future. However, a pleasant experience overall.

Everything here is excellent — from the location, services and room. Truly worth it! I really enjoyed my time here. I will revisit! It would be even better if the parking area were covered by the roof (because the car park- open space.) Their swimming pool just biasa2 je. But their room really top notch! Their breakfast just ok. Not a lot of variety, have local and continental , but delicious ☺️ i wish they had live scramble eggs station
