“Simple, value for money accommodation with a most helpful host.”
Our host was exceptionally helpful and volunteered to carry our big heavy bag up the several flights of stairs. We were flustered on arrival, as an unscrupulous taxi driver was claiming a fare far higher than we'd agreed, which our host was quick to shut down and dismiss. The accommodation basic and functional - decent value for money. We'd not been aware that the bathroom was a wet room. We were in town for a wedding that finished in the early hours of the morning and were most grateful that our host - while we were at the wedding - managed to sort us out with a taxi to the train station early in the morning.
