Chris and Saba created an unique place in Mekele where guests feel like at home. Very warm hospitality, perfect rooms and location. Hosts help with all aspects of the stay and beyond that.

Chris and Saba warmly welcomed us to their lovely home. They prepared a great breakfast, with local foods such as honey from Adigrat. Due to the difficulty of getting somewhat larger amounts of money from the ATM in Mek'ele, we asked the hosts for the possibility of an online payment, not according to the initial agreement. “Beautiful guest house in Mekele with friendly welcoming hosts”
The nicest place we stayed in Ethiopia, very comfortable and beautiful house designed by the owner Chris. Chris and Saba are very welcoming and excellent hosts, they even shared their dinner with us on the night of our stay when we were too tired to go out. Breakfast was delicious, we were given fresh juice and bread. Warm shower (can be rare in Ethiopia!) and all amenities available. Very walkable distance to everything in Mekele, a perfect place to stay!

I liked everything. The communication was spotless, the room is nice, plus I was lucky enough to be invited to celebrate family Christmas together. Traveling by myself in Ethiopia, I thought that was a very special and lucky experience. Chris and Saba were the best. They also will give you a lot of information on local spots, history and whereabouts.

A lovely stay with Chris and Saba. Both the property and the room itself are immaculately kept and I was immediately made to feel at home.
