“Deposit money deducted without any reason”
The deposit was not refunded completely. I was deducted money from 400 CHF even after following all the rules told by them. There was no reason mentioned for this. Also communication to the hotel was an issue.

Everything was excellent. Mostly all location are about 1 to 1.5 hour by car. Bus and train station just 1 min walk. Restaurants and Migro supermarket very near by. Room was excellent. All kitchenware and kitchen was fully equipped. Only one setback in the room was the bed. It was a double bed but had two single mattress. Though mattresses and pillows were very good quality and comfortable but as a couple sleeping seperate was very uncomfortable. Rest all was good in short its a beautiful resort with excellent view.
