Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.. I would say it was even better than what we saw on the website. The house was kept absolutely clean upon arrival. The facilities like utensils, crockery etc were kept clean. The stay was located 5 minute walk from Meiringen train station which made it very easy for us to commute using public transport. The owner was really nice to us and he was easy to approach. We stayed there for 4 nights and didn’t face any issue whatsoever. If I get second chance of visiting Switzerland in my life, I will definitely pick this place to stay again. My wife was very happy at the end of the trip so that sums up.

This was a wonderful experience. The location is walkable distance to the train station. The place had everything one may need at home. We had access to kitchen, if needed. Supermarket is nearby, which made life so easy. Peter was a great host. Loved it, and will be back if possible. Thank you!

“Lovely Apartment for a lovely Swizz holiday.”

Communication with host was great. The Wifi was excellent. Hot Power shower and comfortable bed. All facilities provided to cook meal. The host was very friendly and provided all local information. Our request for additional pillows was fulfilled. We were provided with parking next to the apartment. Coffees and Teas were provided.

The location is great, you can see the mountains from the street. Groceries and train station are at walking distance. There is a waterfall very close to the apartment. Peter is very friendly and helps with whatever you ask. The apartment is very accesible by car to popular destinations like Rosenlaui, Iseltwald, Interlaken

The location was perfect. Peter was an excellent host. The bed was comfortable and we were happy to have an electric fan during the night on a hot night. The kitchen has moderate cooking equipment, a large fridge, dinner table for four. Large bathroom with a walking shower. We were able to check in early which was helpful. We have enjoyed our stay. Our host (Peter) was great! Very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the apartment is excellent (about 10-12 min walk in ski boots to the cable car). The apartment was clean and there was plenty of room to relax. The village itself is lovely and there are plenty of restaurants and, both a Migros and Co-op supermarket too.

The location was perfect for exploring Switzerland.

The place located perfectly, 7 min walk to the train station platform. It’s also a very well equipped room, we managed to cook our dinner everyday nicely. The host also shared some travel tips and recommendations, and these recommendations are stunning! It was absolutely a great surprise and great stay for us.

Very helpful and friendly host! The apartament fully equipped, impeccably clean and very well situated in the city. Quiet and cosy. Meiringen was a great starting point for our road cycling and hiking

Modern, secure and very clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are lovely and very happy to provide their local knowledge on what to do and see.

This small apartment had all the necessary conveniences, the kitchen had all the appliances you would need and you are able to cook your meals if you wished. It also had a large bathroom with a good shower. It was within walking distance to the train station and main shopping area with lots of local attractions you could visit with a tourist card supplied by the owner of the apartment. Pete the owner was very helpful and obliging

The location is great - in the center of Meiringen, a short walking distance to the cable car and the restaurants. The owner was friendly and helpful. The facilities are comfortable and well designed up to the small details.

Very well-equipped kitchen, clean, and modern apartment. Comfortable bed. Easy communication about the arrival. Apartment located in very quiet area and is on the ground floor, so the access is easy. Parking of the car just in front of the apartment on the street (paid area for only short term parking – long term parking must be arranged in advance by the landlord for a reasonable fee). Peter is a fantastic landlord – all communication with him was fast, efficient and nothing was a problem for him. He gave us a lot of important information upon arrival to get oriented in a new place and take the most of our stay. He cares about his hosts with sheer passion. Fully recommended! (There are more apartments in the building managed by the owner, so our review is about apartment on the ground floor, but some information is general.)
