The accommodation was excellent! Everything was perfectly neat and clean. There are plenty of amenities available, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. The location is about a 15-minute walk to the center; it's a bit steep on the way back, but taxis are easily available. I honestly want to praise the host—she is an incredibly kind woman who helped me with absolutely everything. Breakfast was flexible and arranged according to my schedule, just like everything else. I truly felt at home. She also helped me a lot with booking a taxi and the bus for my return. Thank you!

This house has the most amazing location, a little higher up on the hill, so from the entire huge terrace and from the room, you have sweeping views of the entire town of Meghri and the surrounding mountains. I loved the kind host, the evenings out on the terrace with my new friends, my spacious room, and also the friendly neighbours next door.

“Charming family-run hotel with a fantastic view”

Like the whole town of Meghri, this family-run little hotel is full of love, taste and charm. The facilities are brand-new, yet the place is embedded in an idyllic historical neighborhood with a fantastic view over the town. Everything is walkable here and people are incredibly friendly and helpful. I rate my experience 10/10!

“Lovely place to stay over in Meghri”

Great sized room & nice balcony view overlooking Meghri. Breakfast was excellent in size and quality (Lavash, Eggs x3, Tvorog, Smetana, Coffee & Jam)

correct value/money ratio, felt safe, host helped me to find a driver and the breakfast was good quality. That is was important because it would be hard to find alternatives in the area regarding eating a consistent meal.

“Best view in Meghri and a home feeling with Teresa”

A simple, very welcoming guest house, with everything you need and an amazing view on Metz Tagh, the bigger part of Meghri. Teresa is a wonderful lady, generous and full of energy, with her you'll feel at home. All was clean and tidy, they just restyled the rooms and renovated the toilet. Absolutely recommended, I had a unforgettable stay

All of them, the owners, mama and son was incredible nice, otherwise he booked a transport to yerevan. Fully & exquisit breakfast also. Finally, I would like to say I was sleeping like a baby :)

Good view on the town

We really loved our stay here. We wish we could have stayed longer. The owner is so kind and welcoming. The room was large, clean, peaceful and with stunning views. Bathroom is shared but kept clean and hot water always available. A delicious breakfast was served on the terrace (all homemade or local produce) and the owner even gave us some of her home grown fruit as a gift. Meghri is a wonderful place to explore and this is a ideal base. We would return and recommend.

I definitely recommend this place. The location was great with a view over Meghri. The room was very clean and comfortable and the owner is very friendly. They helped me arrange a ride back to Yerevan. The breakfast was very big and delicious.There are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. I will definitely come back!

The service, the attitude, the hospitality of the owners are second to none. Highly recommended. The viewfrom the balcony is breathtaking.

“Almost impossible to find”

Almost impossible to find. No signs anywhere. Location on map completely wrong. People in area don't know the place, especially the name "House on the Rock" is unknown, of course!

The view of Meghri, the location. The hosts are super friendly and hospitable. The beds are very comfortable, we slept like babies. The house features a garden where you can find grapes, persimmon and other fruit trees.

Excellent and awesome

We loved the City Meghri. Wanted to stay one day but Ended up with 2 days. Churchs which are located here are unexpectedly impressive. This armenian couple were so welcoming and kind. Even though they dont know any english, ıt was nice to sit and talk with them. The breakfast she prepared for us was amazing. All the things she serviced were delicious and home made. We would love to stay again. Highly recommended.
