The location was amazing. The villa was clean, and the host was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were good and useful.

“Fantastic seaside location near to Megara”

The location and view are just magnificent. Inside it feels like being on a boat as one only sees water. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to spend time. It is worth renting this villa for the view alone. The villa is very spacious and overall comfortable, quite well equipped. Living room furniture very comfortable. For dining there are 2 tables inside and a very large table for outdoor dining. TV has Netflix streaming. Close to Megara for groceries, very close to highway for visiting Corinth Canal and other towns.

“Truly Amazing Holiday House !”

What a stunning place! Our family (5 of us) stayed here for 7 glorious nights and we simply did not want to leave! The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for everyone and all the facilities you would ever need. The views of the water and along the coast are amazing and the fact that you can literally jump in the water from the property was something special. It is slightly out of the main town yet close enough to drive there in 5-10 mins. Our host Dimitri was amazing to deal with and was very helpful with information on supermarkets and restaurants in the area. I cannot recommend this place highly enough; it was an absolute highlight of our trip.

Perfect, quiet place with a privacy. Access to the sea is directly from the house (stairs). We were 9 people staying in the house and everything worked well, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 sofas in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need, there is even a dishwasher and washing machine available. The view from terases is unforgettable. Definitely not the last time we booked this house.. One advice for future guests - the "private" beach that is next to the stairs is available also for other people (those who came over on a boat) so we recommend putting the deck chair there in the morning to keep the place "yours" during the stay.

“A wonderful house by the sea”

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Nikolitza and were very happy with all. The house offers a fantastic view over the sea. It felt like we were in the middle of the "Mamma Mia" movie. The location of the villa is quiet and perfect for relaxation. The sound of the waves is soothing. The villa itself is beautifully designed and offers all the comforts one could wish for a perfect holiday. Access to the sea via the stairs to the private beach area was one of the highlights. We want to mention the hospitality of Dimitris, who warmly welcomed us and was always helpful. Thanks to him, we felt at home from the very beginning. We can recommend Villa Nikolitza and look forward to our next stay in this little paradise by the sea.
