“Great villas for a relaxing stay”

The location is perfect. The overview on the sea is mesmerizing. There is even a stoney road to a private area where you can swim in the sea. Swimming pool is quite large. Efi (the owner) responds immediately to any questions you might have. We met her mother who is just as nice.

We stayed 12 days in Nemas Villas and really enjoyed the stay . The beach was really close by the property and the evenings were great in the pool 😉. Efi was very helpful and supportive in all our needs and requests. Will definitely go again

Just perfect to unwind from a busy work schedule and GCSE’s. The Vila had everything we needed, it was clean, quiet and had all that we needed, will definitely book again!

Stunning, stunning location and the property totally exceeded expectations. Beautiful little villa, polished marble floors, AC to keep us cool in each room, comfortable beds with lovely linen, kitchen had everything we needed, sitting room very comfortable and great to have a bathroom per bedroom. Maria and her daughter Efi were so very kind and welcoming - it almost felt like we were with our own family. Efi was in text contact with us to make sure we got our ferries, gave us all the info we needed for the connections etc and was there, reassuringly to sort taxis to pick us up to get us there, and checked in on us a few times during the week to see if there was anything we needed. Thank you, Efi, it was so lovely to have you there to make sure everything ran smoothly. During our stay (of only a week) the lovely cleaner came once, and we were offered for the house to be cleaned again a couple of days later (which we refused because we didn't need it). Excellent service and not used to being looked after so well. The pool was gorgeous, the patio area was beautiful. The view from both was unreal! We didn't hire a car, given the crazy price of hire cars, and given that the island is pretty small, but at times wished we had, as in hot temps it's a long walk just to get water and other shopping. Instead (and much cheaper) we took taxis - big up Konstantinos' Meganisi Transfers! He was excellent too, and ferried us around the island several times, as well as arranging the taxi back to Preveza airport from Nidri on Lefkas. We hired a boat a couple of times from Vathy - the island is definitely best seen by boat. Andreas's boat hire was useful, but his first boat broke down! From the villa we walked to 'Lake' Beach and Fanari Beach. The latter was a really great day out - beautiful set up with beachside bar, free usage of SUPs and canoes. A great day for the children. Definitely bring snorkels as the fish are plentiful.

The location was excellent with views of the sea and mountains from the mainland. Facilities included even a dishwasher. We felt so good and relaxed that for the first time on holidays we spent two evenings in the villa just enjoying the views.
