Overview
Studios Meltemi is located above the scenic harbour of Megalohori and only 100 metres from the beach. It features a free-form, seasonal, outdoor pool, a snack bar, and self-catering accommodation with Saronic Gulf views. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Fitted with a wrought-iron bed, all studios are air conditioned and open out to a furnished balcony. A kitchenette with 2 cooking hobs and a mini fridge is included. Guests will find seaside restaurants and mini markets within a short walk from Studios Meltemi. The island of Agistri is easily accessible from the Piraeus Port within an hour trip by boat.

The best location in the whole of Agistri, Skala included. Beautiful views, close to Myli port, a few restaurants and a supermarket. Room was a good size, top floor with balcony. The swimming pool gets sun all day. Unfortunately, the Meltemi winds blew strongly for 4 days, could only use facilities for 2 days, luckily. Skala has lots of beach bars and restaurants, about a 20 minute scenic walk. Very calm and tranquil holiday, hire a scooter to see rest of hidden gems and small beaches

A perfect family run hotel. Crisp cold air conditioning in the clean and well furnished rooms, a lovely pool with plenty of loungers to enjoy a beer or breakfast next too. The lovely people running the hotel are polite and so helpful with it only being a 2 minute walk from the ferry drop off. We have left Meltemi studios wanting to return and enjoy this perfect Greek island again!

The property was ideal for us as it is situated a very short walk from the port and drop off point for the ferry from Athens. The apartment was the perfect size, spacious enough for us as a couple and the sea view and balcony were beautiful. The pool was perfect, there was always a sun lounger available, so no rushing to secure a space. The pool is big enough to swim or just take a dip. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of options, and we loved sitting outside overlooking the sea each morning. The apartment is about a 20/25minute walk to the busier area, Skala, but the walk is lovely and straight along the coast. There were also restaurants and bars nearby for lunch and dinner when we did fancy the walk. We came away from our holiday feeling rested and sun-kissed and would definitely visit again.

Everything. Lovely views over sea. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Bit of a walk up hill making it difficult if mobility problems. Couldn’t fault it. Food was good. Fabulous pool and shaded seating area around it.

“Definitely will stay in Meltemi again whenever we visit agistri!”
The hotel is located just a few steps away from the Myli port, which is quiet and picturesque. Down the hotel there’s a small beach but not very occupied so we had a good afternoon swim there. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The WiFi connection is a big surprise! They have WiFi enlarger in the room so the connection is very good. Breakfast is nice and have different specialty every morning and I love the orange pie!!! Beautiful and delicious!!! The owner Ms Katerina is very very kind and nice, she took the trouble to drive us to Aponisos when we can’t find any taxi on Sunday! Thank so much Ms Katerina!!!

“Perfect 3 night stay”
Most comfortable bed we've ever slept in Clean room. Beautiful clean swimming pool. Wonderful views from the pool and the room Good breakfast Bike hire on the doorstep. 5 minute walk from Myli port 20-30 minute walk to the livlier resort of Skala which is lovely.with more choices of restaurants and bars.
