Villa Anna is beautifully decorated. The view from our balcony was stunning and the shared courtyard was such a lovely space to spend time in. The location of Villa Anna is perfect - very close to bus stop 4, close to the beach and a short walk into town. However the best thing about Villa Anna is Ioanna. She is so friendly, helpful and kind and gave us good ideas about places to go. Thank you so much!

“Absolutely brilliant”

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Anna, and as so many guests have said already, Johanna is such a wonderful person and host! We have never experienced such kindness and hospitality at any holiday accommodation before. Thank you again Johanna!  The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the breathtaking views. The beds were comfortable, there was lots of wardrobe space, and the apartment was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The steps up to the apartment were no problem for us, it was an enjoyable walk actually as the garden is so nice. The large supermarket called Slaventis is a 10 minute walk away but we preferred Masoutes as it has more vegan products. 🙂 There's a larger Slaventis by the airport which was good with more stock, and it's a nice walk up there along the harbour, and the area is also great for plane spotting. It was so easy getting from the airport to the apartment by bus, and this is the same bus that goes to the end of the island. We also took a different bus up to the dog shelter and monastery. Our favourite restaurants were Marmita and Basilitos - which were also on Johanna's list of recommendations.  We really appreciated the thought that had gone into this list to let guests know about restaurants, boat trips, museums etc. It's clear that to Johanna it's so important that guests have the best time. We really look forward to going back to Skiathos and Villa Anna.

“Beyond expectation”

It was a wonderful choice to stay at Villa Anna!The location is great, with a sea view that takes your breath, 10 min from the old port, it was beyond expectations. The room was very nice and cosy, with a splendid terrace towards the sea, it was well equipped with a nice kitchenette and a private bathroom.It was very clean and very comfortable.In front of the villa there is a small garden with grenadines and I totally recommend it.The owner Ioanna, it was very kind and very helpful, sending me all the insights and recomandation for enjoying the beautiful island of Skiathos.I totally recommend it!rfull choice to stay at Villa Anna!The location is great, with a sea view that takes your breath away, 10 min from the old port, it was beyond expectations.

“Superb spot on Skiathos with stunning value, location and hospitality”

Superb location - fabulous views - short walk to the centre - free car parking within 50m and bus stop - excellent taverna and mini supermarket within 100m. Superb welcome - Our host Ioanna speaks perfect English, sent timely and very helpful communications - took real time to introduce us to the apartment and highlight locations and facilities locally and across the island - offered free late check out for our convenience - provided complimentary water and lovely yoghurt treats in the fridge on arrival - offered beach towels and provided umbrella and beach umbrella. Superb apartment - beautifully modernised apartment in a property in the host’s family for many decades. Communal back area well appointed catching the morning sun and our apartment number 2 was spacious with excellent bathroom, king size bed, sofa, multiple lighting options, decent sized and equipped kitchen area, dual aspect windows and great balcony with easy chairs, uprights and good sized table commanding afternoon and evening sun looking straight out to the sea about 150 m away from an elevated position. All windows and doors modern and high standard and fully functional - with insect screens too - though we didn’t really need these. Whilst the weather for our visit was mixed, the welcome, the apartment and convenience made every day a pleasure.

“Villa Anna”

Villa Anna is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. The location is ideal - you can easily walk into town or to Megali Ammos, the local beach, and there are convenient bus stops nearby to explore other beaches and locations. Ionna was an incredibly welcoming, helpful, and informative host, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hopefully will be back! 🩵

Pretty much everything was amazing! Location was perfect - 2 mins from the bus stop, 5 mins from the beach and 15 mins to the old port. The balcony is a great place to enjoy a drink and watch the boats in the bay, or the planes on the approach to the airport. Thank you Ioanna for enabling us to have a truly awesome holiday in Skiathos!

“Perfect location, room and host!”

Villa Anna exceeded my expectations for a wonderful stay on the island of Skiathos. Perfectly positioned to capture the views, walk into town, the beach and 2 min from bus stop 4. The beds were extremely comfortable, strong air conditioning, even a beach umbrella to use. Ioanna was a wonderful hostess, providing information about places to visit and see and always super responsive. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Skiathos and suggest anyone considering the same to book Villa Anna.

“Lovely three weeks at the paradise!”

Villa Anna was situated perfectly on the hill with wonderful views to the sea, short walking distance to the bus stop to go around the island and quite near the busy center of the town. Anna was a wonderful hostess and the apartment was just spot on. Large balcony, espresso machine, cutlery for making breakfast, fridge worked perfectly, there was a good pressure in the shower. There was even a spatula to dry the floor after showering, first of its kind in our history of travelling!! Super!! Anna was always helpful and gave us lot of tips for what to do and where to eat. She also brought us chokolate cake and ovenhot tiropitas in the room for us to enjoy! I really would like to recommend Villa Anna and it´s lovely lady Ioanna.

Ioanna met us on arrival and showed us to our room. She provided us with lots of useful information during our stay.
