Excellent location, very quiet place for relaxing. Amazing view to sea bay. Not far away from old center 10min by bus, and 20min by walk.

Everything perfect location amazing value for money could easily charge more all private rooms with own balcony the hosts are best people nothing was too much bother made me feel very nice I have a very particular taste (food was really the best I’ve had in Greece steak was the best on the island I tested a few 😂) and they were very nice with me …….room was very clean had the most perfect view

Perfect central location, extremely large, clean and comfortable apartment with amazing views! Breakfast with very nice and staff / management very friendly and welcoming. Parking and lift access made it very easy to come and go. Would stay here again!

The room was beautiful and spacious. And the view! Nothing beats the view ❤️ We spend a wonderful week in Villa Alexis. The location is great. Close to the town, but still private. The owners are super friendly and help you with everything you might need! It’s a little paradise.

everything about our stay was perfect. Our room had the most beautiful view and even a little kitchen where we could cook our own meals if we wanted. Everything was just beautiful.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by Andreas and the team. The views from our balcony were amazing. The breakfast buffet was typical of other many other properties in Skiathos but the food quality was always excellent. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating was available. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels replaced. The external glass elevator from the roadside to the hotel's elevated position was a novelty but very welcome for a couple of retirees.

The room, 35, was very spacious and clean with beautiful views of the sea and Skiathos town. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Access from the main road was via a lift but there were additional steps to access the room.

“Exceptional Accommodation”

Everything, there was nothing we didn't like about our stay in Villa Alexis . Very clean, exceptional views and location, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket and 20 minute walk into the beautiful town.Bus stop 2 minute walk . The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time . Would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

“Best Stay Ever!!!”

This place is just perfect. View is amazing. Just a walk along the beach to town and far enough away that it is not near the busier areas. The staff are all so welcoming and the cleaners go above what you would expect. The waitress and kitchen staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The management team are also very kind and by the time we left we felt like part of the family.

Rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Cleaned daily and lovely to have clean towels provided daily too. Stunning views. Great location near bus stop. Staff exceptionally friendly. Good breakfast included.

The view was beautiful from our room and the area in which the hotel was located was very convenient and near town. The staff were very friendly and fun and I never felt like I was unwelcome. The managers, bar staff, kitchen staff and cleaners all made us feel very welcome

“Beautiful and welcoming place to relax on a Holiday!”

The place itself is really nice, the location is great, (not directly in the center but very close to it) with small beaches in just a few hundred meters. The view is amazing to the sea. The staff is super friendly. The atmoshphere is realixing, quiet, clean and minimal. The restaurant of the Villa has great kitchen - plus the breakfast is a big plus! I’m looking forward to come back again sometime! 🫶🏻
