Old school Greek accommodation, set back from the busy main road but only a short walk to the beach. Friendly, helpful hosts. The room was larger than we expected and the beds were comfortable, aircon also very good, as were the cleaning standards. Great value for money.

It is just 10min walk to the center and is more quiet. Room gets cleaned each day and there is a big garden outside, even though each room has private balcony. It is greenery outside on the backyard and possibility to sit also in the garden in the shadow. We got our flight back home cancelled, owner responded imediatelly when asking to stay another night. It was not a problem.

The studio is very nice, comfortable bed, AC. Little kitchen has everything you need for dimple cooking. I was impressed by cleanliness, toiletries were provided as well. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Authentic homestay very close to a hip beach, bus stop and a ten-minute (hairy-not much sidewalk) walk into the old town. Exceptionally clean and quiet (except for some traffic), with a balcony and clothes line for bathers and towels. Highly recommend! Stelios was helpful and it's so nice to stay in a budget room in such a good location that was comfortable.

Great location. Easy walk in to Town

you have nothing to complain about with this accommodation unit: 5 min walk from the beach, 15 min walk from the port, bus stop no 4 or 5 a few minutes away, parking in front for car rental. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment, spacious, balcony, AC (the owner was very prompt and solved a technical problem with one of the AC the same day), kitchen equipped with everything you need, daily cleaning, quiet and a garden with olive trees and pomegranates in front. I really recommend this accommodation unit.

“Kindness and Comfort”

We like staying at Stelios Studios. We really appreciated the cleanliness. In fact, we found the bedroom tidy every day, with the bath towels changed every two days. Stelios was very kind, especially when we asked for thinner pillows or to store our bags for a few hours before departure. We also liked the presence of a balcony, with the possibility to hang beach towels. The studios are close to the center of Skiathos (just 10 minutes on foot), but located in a peaceful area, and near two bus stops. We highly recommend Stelios Studios.

Everything was perfect – clean, with a small balcony, placed in a beautiful garden with great access to the beach, the bus stop, and the center of Skiathos. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels were changed, which was great! The kitchen is equipped with basic dishes, which is absolutely sufficient. The only thing I missed was maybe a moka pot for coffee. I absolutely recommend it! I would be very happy to return. Skiathos is a magical place.

It's a great location, very close to the beach, just across the street, only 15 minutes by foot to the centre and port with lots of restaurans and tavernes.There are supermarkets nearby and the station to take bus to other beaches is 5 mins away. The airport it's 30-40 minutes by foot and 5-10 by car. The owners are very nice, we had a pleasant surprise to see they clean the room, change sheets and towels daily. Very clean, we stayed in the 2 bedrooms apart. with a little kitchen that had a big fridge, electric oven and toaster. So we highly recommend this place, for us it was perfect!

we liked that it was so close to the beach. There was an outdoor yard and you had your own small terrace, very nice.

The location of Stelios Studios is right next to a busy road, 200 m from Megali Ammos Beach. There are small supermarkets just up the main road with a good selection. And bus stop no 4 is 250 m from this location which takes you to the beaches or into town. The owner Dimitris and his wife Anna keep the place in great condition even though it's an old house. Cleaning is done once per day and towels and bedlinen are changed every 2 days. I stayed on the ground floor with a small private area facing the front. The apartment was also very cool which I enjoyed. Didn't have to keep the A/C on during the night more than perhaps 3 times during my 1 week stay. All in all a great place to stay and at a very good price too! I highly recommend Stelios Studios and I will most definitely return.

Located at approximately 5 minutes from the main beach in the city and between bus stops 4 & 5 (I would recommend getting off at bus station 5 if you take the bus from the port and then walk back to the location. Bus station 4 is located up a hill and the walk to the hotel can be a bit dangerous because there's no sidewalk going down). Two super markets within 7-8 minutes of walking distance. The old city is within 15 minutes of walking. Nice big room with a balcony & a small kitchen with oven/microwave + a water kettle + some forks, knives etc. The owner was very helpful and nice to us and he kept our baggages on our last day for a few hours as our flight was at 4 o'clock on the afternoon.
