“Skiathos' best kept secret ❤️”

Everything! The apartment was located just a 15 minute walk from town, main bus route just at the bottom of the road, as were several supermarkets. The whole place was spotless, the apartment had everything we needed, comfortable pillows and mattress, great aircon and full kitchenette. There was plenty of storage and so many lovely little touches. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was lovely with comfy sunbeds, the pool bar was gorgeous! Food there was so tasty, great portion sizes. Drinks were yummy and there was nothing they couldn't make. Our hosts Panos and Nadia were exceptional. Anything we needed was no trouble. They helped us organise a boat trip, gave us wake up calls to make sure we made it after a heavy night 😂 checked on us regularly when we were ill, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars and were so lovely to just sit at the bar with and talk to. We came as guests, left as friends, and we 100% will return. ❤️

“My happy place”

This villa is a little piece of paradise. Self contained with a lovely little outside space. The bed is so comfortable and there are enough kitchen essentials if you choose to cook a little. It has been tastefully decorated and so cool not requiring air-conditioner a lot of the time. The pool is gorgeous and the bar was great with meals available at a fair price. The location was a good 10 minute walk into the town and Old Port where you will find all the action if you are looking for that. Closer was Megali Ammos beach with plenty of tavernas and bars on offer. There were 2 supermarkets very close by (2 min walk) This family run complex was quiet and very well cared for by a beautiful couple called Panus and Nadia. They would literally do anything they could to make sure your stay was exceptional. I shall always remember my last week on the Greek Islands as being extra special because I stayed at The Spitaki Guesthouse. I can only highly recommend it to others. Thank you!

Quiet location, comfortable bed and good shower and air conditioning. Nice outside sitting area. Panos and Nadia were most friendly and helpful and always there if needed.

Amazing stay at Spitaki guest house . The hosts were lovely , friendly and very welcoming throughout our stay . Perfect location just across from a lovely beach, supermarket and walk into the main town. The pool and bar area is great especially for some late evening sun . Lots of room for luggage ( also has draws under the bed for extra storage ) . Lovely little seating area outside the guest house for morning coffee views or late evening drinks . Thank you for a very special stay we will definitely be back one day !

Incredible place!! Immaculate and in good location for supermarkets, the beach and local tavernas in Megali Ammos and also a short walk from Skiathos town. Hosts were amazing, so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Will 100% be staying again! Thank you so so much!

Great breakfast and excellent cocktails. The guest house and surrounding areas were very pretty. We went for a brilliant boat trip around Skopelos (Mama Mia trip) through a boating company that is also owned by the host's family. Panos and Nadia (hosts) gave us great advice about the area, helped us plan our trips and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable - we can not praise them enough.
