The Location was well positioned & the Host where extremely friendly and hospitable. Also the view fro the roomm over the owners garden was lovely including a small sea view.

Perfect location - 2 mins walk to the beach and tavernas and restaurants , mini market even closer . 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town . Nice , clean room . Basic decor but we really just slept there spending days out . The owner of the property is really nice and helpful. Price was amazing 🤩

Close to the beach, bus stop and food store. Downtown is also just 10-15 mins walk. Easy access - we could leave our luggage in the apartment when we arrived in the morning before check-in time, daily cleaning, and towels were changed after 3 days. Kitchen is simple but good enough for easy cooking, warming. The net on the balcony door is very good. The water is nice warm in the shower.

Great service from owner. Supplies a shuttle service to. Close to beach & restaurants. Close to town ( 15mins stroll). Quite area & a supermarket 100m or less away. Spacious room with a great balcony.

“STAY IN MEGALI AMMOS”

Only around 150m to the beach, supermarket about the same distance ( in opposite direction).Walking distance to central town shops etc. One is away from the main crowds ( although still a few in beach hotels as seen after 1000hrs) Handy restaurant " Thessaloniki " around 100m away good food. .Studio Owners are very helpful in all aspects. .

“Fabulous location, close to the beach and town and easy to explore the rest of the island.”

Self catering and well equipped. Basic room but clean. Host, Vangelis, was around every day and very helpful and friendly. The location is brilliant. Close to Megali Ammos beach and Thessaloniki Taverna where you can get breakfast, snacks, drinks and sun beds in the day and in the other half serves delicious meals in the evening. Have to admit we didn’t do too much self catering! Ten minutes easy walk takes you to the port via the vibrant town and without having to navigate any steep hills. It is close to bus stop 5 so you can explore other beaches, though buses can be quite full. Our tip would be to walk down to bus stop 0 to be sure of a seat!

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and immaculate everything was. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly, they were always on hand with local tips and thoughtful touches that made our family feel so well looked after. Comfortable, pristine, and hosted with heart — we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Very comfortable bed, proximity to the beach, proximity to the town, the snacks and water provided in the fridge, the courtyard where we could have our meals if we did not go to a restaurant, the host was on site

Studio was typical Greek in a great location. 10 min walk to town and 2 min to the beach. Owner was lovely and always on hand. Great restaurants 2 min away along the beach. We had a sea view balcony which was lovely to sit and relax on.

Verginis met us at the airport and was very friendly and helpful. He also allowed us to leave our bags in another vacant studio on our last day so we could enjoy another day out before he drove us back to the airport for our late flight. The studio was very comfortable with a lovely balcony with sun and shade overlooking fruit trees with the sea in the distance. Great sliding mosquito screen to the balcony so we could leave the doors open all the time. The beach is only 5 minutes walk and the town only 20 minutes walk. Such a great location. We ate at lovely nearby tavernas so didn't need to go into town at night. The shop and ATM were also just 5 minutes away.

It was very close to the beach, the water pressure was good, nice balcony and the staff were really friendly.

Peaceful quite location, beach 50m, Skiathos town 50m away, really appreciated the mosquito net. Host is a lovely man. Very good Wi-Fi We paid extra to upgrade to a sea view room which was beautiful.

10 min transfer from the airport, only 50m from the beach with beach cafés, Skiathos town 15 min walk which included a hill. Clean, spacious room, huge bed which was very comfortable, cosy balcony, the free Wi-Fi was an excellent signal, good powerful shower. Much appreciated mosquito net! Air con only 3€ per day but I didn’t need it because the room was a comfortable temperature being as it was end September/beginning October .. Really lovely host.

Very clean, bright apartment. The shower was better than what we have at home! Gentle but effective! Towels and Bed changed regularly. Basic utensils all there. A small balcony/terrace where we used to sit for breakfast or in the evening. The closest we have ever been to the beach and all amenities, supermarket, Bus stop and ATM and restaurants very close.

Good location, friendly helpful host, really comfortable bed, large shower cubicle and nice outside area. Good value for money.

“Great location for working remotely with reliable wifi.”

I worked remotely from this apartment. The wifi was fast and reliable and I could work from the terrace in the morning and in the evenings (when it wasn't sunny). There was a comfortable table with a chair I could use for work otherwise. The host was friendly and let us use his washing machine free of charge. The room was very clean.

It was clean. There was parking nearby. it was near the beach. It was close enough to walk into town. The double bed was comfy. The sheets and towels were clean if you choose to stay here make sure you get one of the upper rooms.
