“Pleasant & comfortable stay”
Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, nice views from balcony. Not a huge fan of the no person check in however in this instance all was very smooth.

Apartment is fully equipped and clean. WiFi is excellent. Facility doesn't have it's own parking, but there is lot parking places in nearby streets.

“basic, clean and practical and does it's job well. Helpful and friendly part-time concierge”
no meal option chosen and the tiny kitchen facility is for warming up pasta maybe. we were given a morning sun balcony to the rear (opposed to the traffic side) and I enjoyed waving at the trams (I'm like that). plenty of space and the furniture is moveable. it's definitely corporate but it served us well. It's all simple clean and easy and we would happily return for a day or two. The management is part time on site and we had a good contact in excellent English when we needed it (an out-of-hours phone contact is offered and I'm sure it would work ok, but we can't confirm)

“easy and comfortable, don't expect to cook 3 course dinner in the 'kitchenette'”
this is my second visit. Room facing street so a bit noisier. My only real issue was the paucity of kitchen utensils. maybe a chopping board wouldn't be too much to ask? Otherwise it's an easy and amenable place to stay and the communication is great despite being mostly by messages... but that's not a problem and contact numbers are provided.

“efficient and confortable”
very spacious and well appointed, everything i needed. good communication although I didn't meet anyone as there is no full-time reception. There was no problem checking in. i didn't use the public facilities.
