“Wonderful apartment and host”

Andy was very helpful and amenable. We arrived later than planned and he came to meet us, carried our heavy suitcase upstairs and brought us a home-cooked meal when he found out we hadn't eaten. He was quick to respond to messages and answered all our questions throughout our stay.

Excellent accommodation 12/10 Beautiful, huge apartment with luxurious furniture. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Washing machine and rack. Kitchen with everything you need and more. Some immediate snacks and drinks available and fiood in freezer if you need something immediately. Beyond generous hot drinks selections Even had skincare stuff to do your face! Wonderful host truly a wonderful, generous person Own balcony and a lovely shared terrace in which to have a beer and admire the view Very safe parking for motorbike Close to supermarkets Andrej you have thought of everything for your guests

Andrej was amazing from the moment I booked. Communication was always quick, friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions and options of activities. The apartment has everything one needs and more! Amazing coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen with all the staples and a very generous selection of other things too. I've never experienced such a warm and abundant welcome before. The location is more countryside rural so if you travel by car and are looking for tranquillity (with the occasional cow moo) this is ideal with a pleasant 20 min drive into Ljubljana centre. The living space is very comfortable, homely, well decorated and spacious. The beds are large and super comfy too. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay Andrej!

Everything was just perfect 👌. Starting with the communication with the owner and ends with the exceptional equipment in the apartment. Everything was super clean, beds were really cozy. Overall one of the best experience in the past few years. If, sorry, when we will be going back to this area, I will definitely try to book this apartment again.

This apartment is exceptional for its grading. Many of the quality touches match up with 5 star hotels. We would definitely stay again if in this area in the future.

“Great clean and modern apartment a perfect distance to everything.”

Clean and modern apartment with 3 double bedrooms, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen/dining room. Location is great, roughly 20 minutes to airport and Ljubljana, maybe 30 minutes to Lake Bled, just under an hour Into Austria via Seedberg Saddle pass and I think 1 hour 10 minutes to Trieste in Italy on the coast. Also went into Croatia via Snežnik which was around 1 hour 20 or under 2 hours to Rijeka in Croatia on the coast. Andrej is really nice and has everything provided for the apartment including everything to cook with and washing machine AND dishwasher tablets. Also coffee and sugar, and the freezer is stocked with pizza if you want. Oh yeah you might not be able to see from the pictures but the kitchen is fully equipped so hob, fan oven, microwave, proper coffee machine, dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer. all very modern, so the hob and oven are touch screen buttons.

Very beautiful big and clean appartment with all the equipment that you need (and more). There were bowls with fruits and candy's when we arrived. Big assortiment thee and coffee, and a good coffee machine. Super good beds. A good location if you travel by car, 'cause from the appartment you can in short time easy and fast come to all the beautiful places in Slovenia

It feels home😊The apartment is nicely furnished (each room in different style 😉)and it has just everything one needs. Or even more ;) The kitchen is fully equipped, the coffee machine & selection of coffee is a cherry on the cake 😊 Andrej is an amazing host who’ll make sure you’re absolutely taken care of! The location makes a great base for exploring the country.

“Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, very helpful host”

The apartment is very spacious, with comfortable beds and a private parking. The bathroom is nice and well-equipped, and there is an extra toilet, which can be useful if someone else is taking a shower. The living room was also spacious, but the large terrace which can be seen in the pictures, is on a separate level. The kitchen is well equipped and it is good that it is separated from the rooms by several doors, so you can’t smell the food in there when cooking. Lake Bled is 30 minutes away by car, Ljubljana 15 minutes, so we didn't have to travel too many times to these locations. It was a great choice, we would stay here again!

The apartment is amazing. 3 bedrooms, comfort bed, well equipped, beautiful, lovely terrace, and of course, andy... Such a great host that really want's you to be happy.
