Overview
Set in the centre of Medulin just 200 metres from the seaside promenade, Apartments Terra Solaris offers modern-style accommodation and free WiFi. There is a sandy and pebbly beach 700 metres away. Each accommodation unit is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen cable TV. All apartments provide an equipped kitchen dining area and a private bathroom featuring a hairdryer, bath tub or shower. Some units offer a balcony or sea views. Just steps away, guests can find couple of restaurants and bars. For children in the evenings working amusement park, and throughout the day at their disposal will be a variety of water attractions. “10/10 – Perfect holiday, an apartment that meets every need!”
Terra Solaris Apartment turned out to be an amazing choice! The property is just a short stroll from the seafront, so within minutes we were enjoying the crystal‑clear water and a tranquil atmosphere. The apartment itself is exceptionally well equipped: everything you could possibly need is there, from modern tech gadgets and comfortable furniture to a fully stocked kitchen. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful—every morning we were welcomed with a fresh, varied, and delicious breakfast, tailored to our preferences. Whatever request or idea we had, the host gladly helped us make it happen. Such dedicated hospitality is a rare find! I can only recommend Terra Solaris to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort in Medulin.

Everything was great. The apartment has everything what you need for happy days. It is just a few minutes from the beach and a small market. Svetljana is such a nice person and helpful in almost every hour of the day. We can highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect. Accommodation was very nice, clean, with a lot of fresh towels and great bed. Close to city center, yet quiet enough. Svetlana is a very nice and helpful host. Absolutely recommended! 😍

“A spacious, well-maintained apartment with a warm and attentive host.”
The apartment was spacious and perfect for a family. It featured a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, a master bedroom, and a children's room with a bunk bed. All the furniture, appliances, and bathroom facilities were modern, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. We appreciated the free parking right beneath our window. Our host, Svetlana, was exceptionally hospitable, kind, and friendly. She provided her direct mobile number and was always available to accommodate any special requests, as well as offer helpful tips about the area.
