“Quick overnight stop but could happily stay longer.”
Everything. This is a basic motel with a full kitchen. We stayed here for a quick overnight stop and the location was great for that. The room was very clean and I could park my car right at our door. I highly recommend this place for clean, comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced, no frills accommodation.

“Nothing fancy, but well worth the stay”
Room was clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was amazing! When booking, I chose this motel solely based on the proximity to a family members home, but will definitely book again because of the service.

We enjoyed how clean the room was! The bed was super comfy and great pillows! Everything was super clean and very nice and comfortable! Would definitely recommend! The owner was very kind and explained how to unlock the door and other details about the room we needed to know.

“My favourite!”
The owner, Sukhchan Dhillon, was most accommodating and kind in his service. The suite was very clean and welcoming. It was as a home away from home. The price was very honest and wonderfully affordable. It was the cleanest, freshly renovated interior accommodation I stayed at in my whole journey across Canada, as I drove from Quebec to Vancouver and back again, and of all the places I stayed at, this was personally my best and most affordable experience of them all. I really appreciate the hospitality, cleanliness, and affordability of Riverside Motel/Suites. I stayed at accommodation more than twice the price of a night at this suite, and they were nowhere near as friendly and as clean and good quality as Riverside suites. I also enjoyed access to the small restaurant/takeaways next door and access close by to a pleasant walk alongside the river. I was also spoilt to witness some distant, colourful, irredescent clouds 1 late evening there. The suites are also very accessible to the main road through Medicine Hat/Alberta. I found some of the people in 'Medicine Hat', the friendliest people I met on my journey.

“A rough diamond.”
Despite the outside appearance, the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The facilities were very good with a good kitchenette. The wife and I both had a good night sleep. The bed and pillows were firm but this suited us. The manager was a very pleasant fellow and very helpful. We wanted to do some laundry and he said he would do it himself for a small fee. My wife had some trepidations but we agreed that he do our laundry. The fee was not much more than if we found a laundromat and did it ourselves. My wife was quite happy with the results. We enjoyed a great Chicken Korma at the Indian restaurant right next door. The hotel was very good value for money and I would stay here again.

“Very comfortable, well appointed room”
The room has been recently renovated and was very modern and comfortable. There was a kitchenette with a hot plate, full sized fridge and kettle. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. Check in was smooth.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. A very clean room with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable and clean. Even had a kitchenette that was well stocked and clean. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
