“Pleasant but could have been better.”
Beds were comfy, gentleman in breakfast room and Cory at bar pleasant and friendly. The lavender sauces were a very pleasant touch, gym was well equipped, pool area small but clean.

We did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on breakfast. The hotel is located very near the T - this is the equivalent to the tube station, however you have to go up the stairs for the car park to the sky bridge or take the lift - but the lift was broken so we did not use this. Downtown is on the same line, so you don't have to change trains. There are also food places nearby and a Starbucks near the hotel in walking distance, so you can get around easily.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and very welcoming, the receptionists are very professional and answered all our questions, room perfect only disappointment was the bar was closed for the weekend but other then that 10/10

The property was across the street from the skyway to the T (Boston subway) which made it easy and convenient to go downtown.
