“If you go there, probably try one day pool without staying at the hotel.”
The property itself is fine; however, the staff experience is a completely different matter. Unless you experience it firsthand, it is difficult to understand. I found the staff, with the exception of the breakfast team, to be consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. It genuinely felt as though they disliked both their jobs and the guests. In the hospitality industry, where customer service is such a fundamental part of the experience, this was particularly disappointing.

Not the 1st time in this place. Everything is excellent - the concept, water park, playgrounds and food. The personnel is very friendly , despite the number of people in the village :) Will return for sure

“Great experience”
1. Swimming is included and really fun. 2. Supermarket on site is reasonably priced and open on a Sunday. 3. Game centre was fun, lots of arcades, crazy golf in door and outdoor with a small football pitch, ping pong table and archery.

It's great that there is a bridge connecting the hotel room and the water park building, so we didn't need to wear big jackets to the water park and could take a nice shower in the hotel afterwards.

“Cool concept, but not sure if worth the money...”
Nice concept of family hotel with pools and parks! The pools are very cool, but too crowded on Saturday. Rooms are well equipped and bathrooms renewed. I also liked that the breakfast had several options for kids.
